FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – June 16, 2026 – RockED has announced the FTC Pricing Enforcement: A Dealer Information Series, a free educational program available to all dealerships across the United States. The series was introduced at the CBT News Automotive Leadership Summit: Fair Pricing & Compliance.
The program is designed to help dealers, managers and frontline teams get more information about Federal Trade Commission pricing enforcement, advertising transparency and the evolving regulatory landscape.
Over the last several years, the FTC has increased its enforcement activity, including warning letters, investigations, proposed rules and lawsuits related to dealership pricing and advertising practices.
The series consists of 12 short videos covering key areas of FTC activity in automotive retail, from recent enforcement actions to pricing practices that the FTC has identified as potential compliance risks.
These include drip pricing, misleading rebate advertising, hidden down payment requirements, conditional financing pricing, undisclosed add-on charges and bait-and-switch advertising. The content is structured to provide both regulatory context and practical information for dealership teams navigating FTC pricing enforcement.
“This is a topic that continues to evolve across the automotive industry,” said Matthias Stoever, Co-Founder and CEO of RockED. “We are happy to make relevant information available through RockED.”
The FTC Pricing Enforcement: A Dealer Information Series is available at dealerships nationwide through the RockED app, providing access to foundational information on FTC pricing enforcement across the industry.
