Ask (5 mins)
- “How will you position yourself for success this month?”
- “What number is possible for you this month?”
- “What action can you take? Or behavior can you change to be better this month than last?”
Discuss (5 mins)
- Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
- If you are comfortable doing so, share your own story of growing your sales i.e. going from 10 to 15 cars per month.
- Share specific things you did when you were selling to increase your numbers.
Do (5 mins)
*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen
- Give each person a post-it.
- Give the team 2 mins to decide how many more cars they will sell this month than they did last month and write it down on the post-it.
- Have everyone hold up their post-its and share them with each other.
- Now, have the team write down 1 behavior/action they will implement today to accomplish this number.
BONUS: Give a gift card to the person who volunteers. If you struggle with participation during role plays, make this gift card a more significant amount than normal! This should encourage future participation.
