- Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
- Discuss the stamina it takes to sell cars day in and day out, every month. It’s not all fun and games. It’s really about learning to MASTER THE MONOTONOUS that’s the key to your long-term success!
Do (10 mins)
*Supplies Needed*- post-it notes, pen
- Hand out a post-it or piece of paper to all teammates.
- Ask everyone to write down TWO ACTIONS they are willing to do, to master the monotony of selling cars daily.
- Remind the team it must be action based, share examples: follow up with no-show customers, make 3 appointments every weekend, take 3 test drives per day, have a clean CRM every night, clean desk and work spaces, notes on every customer in the CRM, putting every customer in the CRM, etc.
- Give the team 2 mins to write down their answers.
- Ask if anyone would like to share their answers out loud with the team
BONUS: Give a $5 gift card to the first person who shares their answers.
- Celebrate good examples.
