Steps to find your Jaguar LMS (Learning Management System) ID: 

Your DLS ID is usually a 5-character alphanumeric code, sometimes formatted with a dash (e.g. ‘D-12345’ or ‘DL-56789’). You can find it in your JLR Learning Academy account or by contacting your dealership training coordinator.

Steps to find your Volkswagen LMS (Learning Management System) ID: 

Your VW LMS ID is often your WISE ID or Hub ID, depending on the training platform. It usually includes 6 to 8 characters, sometimes with a prefix related to your dealer code (e.g. ‘VW123456’). Check the Volkswagen Academy or Dealer Hub portal for confirmation.

Steps to find your Mazda LMS (Learning Management System) ID: 

Your LMS ID may be the same as your Mazda Learning Management System username. It’s often your employee ID or a combination of your dealer number and user initials (e.g. '12345JD'). If unsure, check the Mazda Academy portal or ask your dealership manager.

Steps to find your Volvo LMS (Learning Management System) ID: 

Your Learning Management System (LMS) ID is typically your Corporate Directory System ID (CDSID). The CDSID is a unique identifier used within the corporate directory. For Volvo dealer staff, this ID is created by combining the first letter of your first name with your full last name. For eg: MCRAIG

• Your HMA Employee ID usually starts with "HMA" then follows with 5 numbers. If unsure, please check with your immediate manager or training admin/manager at your dealership

• Your KUID is usually 4 characters; ex: KE7M, BBWJ, or H2U5, If unsure, please check with your immediate manager or training admin/manager at your dealership.

• Your KIA LMS ID is usually 9 numbers. If unsure, please check with your immediate manager or training admin/manager at your dealership.
