PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Full-time (Sandy Springs, GA)

As a Performance Manager, you’ll own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of automotive dealerships or OEMs - acting as a strategic advisor, trusted consultant, and growth partner. You’ll help dealership leaders define success, translate their business goals into measurable learning outcomes, and ensure RockED becomes an indispensable part of how their teams perform. Your focus: driving adoption, delivering measurable business value, preventing churn, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

PROGRAM MANAGER

Full-time (Sandy Springs, GA)

RockED's Program Management team owns every Network Partner relationship after the deal is signed. As the team grows to support a larger partner book, we're adding a Program Manager to own the day-to-day success of a portfolio of partner programs — with the opportunity to support Tier 1 (OEM-scale) initiatives alongside our Directors and Senior PMs.This is a foundational role on the team: you'll own real partner relationships and outcomes from day one. You should be comfortable being equally at home in a spreadsheet, a partner stakeholder meeting, or a status update to internal leadership.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

RockED's Program Management team owns every Network Partner relationship after the deal is signed–from OEM programs to Dealer Service Providers and industry-partner initiatives.This is a senior, high-autonomy role. You'll run your own book of Tier 1 partner programs day to day while also acting as a mentor and force multiplier for the broader Program Management team. You should be comfortable being equally at home in a spreadsheet, a partner stakeholder meeting, or a status update to internal leadership.
