Q: How do I add a new employee?
🚀 No problem! Click "Login with Dealership Email or Login with OEM credentials". Enter your official company/ dealership email. A one-time password (OTP) will be emailed to you once you put in your email address. It's time-sensitive, so be sure to finish logging in immediately upon receiving the code!
Q: How do I set up a new password?
🚀 A set password is not required for the application. When logging into RockED, you will receive a one-time passcode in your dealership’s email inbox.
Q: How do I remove an employee from my store?
🚀 To disable an employee from your store, please tap “Dashboard” located in the bottom menu of the app. Once at Dashboard, tap on “View Score Details.” Locate the employee by scrolling down and tap on their name or profile picture. Once at their profile, tap on the 3 vertical dots at the top right hand corner of the screen. Finally, tap on Disable User.
Q: How do I obtain a usage report?
🚀 To obtain a usage report for a specified time, tap on “Dashboard” located in the bottom menu of the app. Once at the Dashboard, tap on “View Score Details.” Once at the score details, you will see a file icon to the far right of the screen next to “Score.” Once this icon is tapped, the usage report will be sent to your email address.
Q: How do I get more videos/content?
🚀 To find more content on the RockED app, please navigate to the "Collections" tab on the bottom of your screen. Once in the "Collections" screen you will be able to scroll through the entire content library. Additionally, please select the funnel icon on the top right of your screen and select the department in which you would like to see content. And keep your eye out for our RockED stories that come out daily!
