How Your Manager Can Share Invite Codes

For Managers & Administrators

Step 1: Access RockED Insights

Your manager needs to log in to RockED Insights using their login credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Invite Codes

On Insights, they need to navigate to the dealership page and click the "Invite Code" button to access the invite code management section.

Step 3: Generate & Copy Code

The system displays your dealership's current invite code (like CKF140P). Your manager can simply click "Copy Code" to copy it to their clipboard.

Step 4: Share with You

They can share this code with you via email or text message.

Why Are Invite Codes Needed?

Personal emails require verification to ensure only authorized dealership employees get access to your dealership's training content and data.

If your manager needs assistance: They can contact RockED support (support@rocked.us ) for additional guidance. Invite codes are unique to each dealership. Codes can be regenerated if needed for security.

This verification step keeps your dealership's training content secure while allowing you to use your personal email for account continuity.
