This year, RockED recognizes the dealerships and individuals who set the pace for learning and engagement across the platform in 2025. Two awards, Dealer Champion and RockED Elite, highlight top performance in both activity and learning.
The RockED Dealer Champion Award
The Dealer Champion Award honors dealerships that lead the industry in developing their people through a strong commitment to learning on RockED. This award celebrates consistency, highlighting organizations that demonstrate sustained learning habits over time rather than short-term spikes in activity. By focusing on ongoing participation and stable engagement, RockED spotlights dealerships that have embedded learning into the way their teams operate.
“What excites me most about the recipients of the Dealer Champion Award is that they did not just drive engagement, they built a culture of learning. They have embedded growth into the way their teams operate, and that is what separates good from great,” said Tania Van Thof, Vice President of Learning Strategy at RockED.
This year, 35 dealerships earned this recognition, placing them among the top 10% of dealers demonstrating consistent commitment to learning and development.

The RockED Elite
The RockED Elite Award acknowledges individual users who led in learning activity on the RockED platform in 2025. These users went beyond baseline participation, consistently engaging with a high volume of content and demonstrating a clear commitment to ongoing development.
This year, 50 users earned this distinction, placing them in the top 1% of learners for completing the most learning units.
