What is RockED Score? How do I improve my dealership's RockED Score?

The RockED score is an essential metric that gauges the level of RockED usage and engagement within your dealership. With a range from 0 to 300, the RockED score can be generated for various time periods to suit your convenience. By default, the reporting dashboard displays the RockED score for the past four calendar weeks. This comprehensive score consists of three vital components:

1. Activity Score: This measures the percentage of onboarded learners who have actively participated and learned at least once during the selected time period. Scale: 0 to 100.

2. Consistency Score: This evaluates the percentage of learners who consistently return to the app throughout the reporting period. If your entire team engages in learning every day within the reporting period, your consistency score will be a perfect 100. Scale: 0 to 100.

3. Management Score: This assesses the level of engagement from store and department managers within your dealership. Currently, management engagement is determined by the guides shared by managers. Scale: 0 to 100.

It's important to note that your dealership's consolidated RockED score is not a mere sum of the different sub-scores. Each score carries a different weightage in the final score, with the Activity Score holding the highest weightage.
