  • Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
  • Discuss how this industry is a tough one. To be successful here, it will take a concentrated effort to make it happen. Think about what is possible for you monthly and choose to keep going.

Do (5 mins)

*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen

  • Hand out a post-it or piece of paper to all teammates.
  • Ask everyone to write down how many cars they plan to sell by the end of this month.
  • Give the team 1 min to write down their answers
    • Ask: Is this a realistic goal? Please stress that this number being realistic is key to successful meeting
      the goal.
  • Ask if anyone would like to share their answers out loud with the team.
  • Ask everyone to write down 2 ACTIONS they can take to help themselves when they are feeling weak/negative about their months progress.
    BONUS: Give a gift card to the first person who shares their answers.
  • Give the team 2 mins to write down their answers.
  • Celebrate good examples.

Review

  • Remember, sales is a marathon, not a sprint. Challenge yourself, push yourself each month with realistic goals. Don’t allow inner doubt to talk you out of your own success!
  • Refuse to give up on the pursuit to get better everyday. Lean on the 2 ACTIONS identified today when things get tough. BE WILLING TO CREATE YOUR SUCCESS!
