Watch (5 mins)

Watch this MOTIVATIONAL video!

Ask (5 mins)

  • “Do you have a lion mentality throughout the month?”
  • “Are there times throughout the month where you act more like a gazelle?"

Discuss (5 mins)

  • Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
  • Discuss how we can help ourselves by refocusing our mentality when we are feeling like a gazelle. How can we get re-motivated when in a mid-month slump?

Do (5 mins)

*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen

  • Hand out a post-it or piece of paper to all teammates.
  • Ask everyone to write down their answers to two questions:
    (Read questions aloud)
    • Are you in love with the sales process?
    • Are you meeting your current monthly sales goals?
    • Are you above or below your monthly goal?
  • Give the team 1 min to write down their answers.
  • If they have identified that they are BELOW their monthly sales goals, have them write down 2 ACTIONS they can take now to help get back on track with their month's goal. (Examples: make more appointments, take more test drives, Manager T.O.s, role play word tracks, etc.)
  • If they have identified that they are ABOVE their monthly
sales goals, have them write down 2 ACTIONS they
attribute to their success so far. (Examples: appointments
made, appointments kept, follow-up, test drives, etc.)
  • Give the team 2 mins to write down their answers.
  • Ask if anyone would like to share their answers out loud with the team.
BONUS: Give a gift card to the first person who shares
    their answers.
  • Celebrate good examples.

Review

  • Are you a lion or a gazelle? The choice is yours. But, actions speak louder than words! Take time to refocus on your month and hit your goals!
  • Take time to put in place the 2 ACTIONS you identified today. If you need support, please reach out. BE WILLING TO FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PROCESS AND BECOME THE LION!
