  • Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
    Discuss how we have to commit to changing our behaviors to get what we want.

Do (5 mins)

*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen

  • Hand out a post-it or piece of paper to all teammates.
  • Ask everyone to identify 1 NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR they will eliminate from now until the end of the month that will help improve their monthly sales goal.

Ideas include: (BE SPECIFIC)

    • Texting on test drives.
    • Being distracted when with a customer.
    • Spending too much time on social media while on the sales floor.

  • Give the team 1 min to write down their answers.
  • Ask everyone to identify 1 POSITIVE BEHAVIOR they will start doing from now until the end of the month that will help improve their monthly sales goal.
         Ideas include: (BE SPECIFIC)
    • Manager TOs
    • Proper Vehicle Walkarounds
    • More test drives, credit apps, etc.

  • Give the team 1 min to write down their answers.
  • Ask teammates to share their answers with the rest of the team.
    BONUS: Give a gift card to the first person who shares their answers
  • Celebrate good examples and offer support to accomplishing their goal by the end of the month.

Review

  • It’s time to refocus on closing out your month STRONG and hitting your goals!
  • If you haven’t hit your goals yet, don’t leave here and go back to doing what you were doing before. COMMIT to doing something different to get a different result! Take time to put in place the 2 ACTIONS you identified today.
