  • “How are you spending your downtime at the end of the month?”
  • “What action or behavior can you take this week that will help you be better this month than last?”

Discuss (5 mins)

  • Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
  • Share your own story of growing your sales through changing behaviors and taking action.
  • Share specific things you did when you were selling to increase your numbers.

Do (5 mins)

*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen

  • Hand out a piece of paper to each teammate.
  • Have the team take 2 more mins and come up with an action/behavior that you’d like to ADD or REPLACE to this week’s routine.
  • Select 2 teammates to share the habit they’d like to ADD or REPLACE to this week’s routine to be better than they were last month.

    BONUS: Give a gift card to the person who volunteers. If you struggle with participation during role plays, make this gift card a more significant amount than normal! This should encourage future participation.

Review

  • Be sure to add or replace the action/behavior you identified today!
  • Taking action and implementing specific actions/behaviors will help you sell more this month.
