- Today we will put in our reps by practicing a strong INTRODUCTION.
- Hand out a post-it or piece of paper to all teammates.
- (READ ALOUD) Your INTRODUCTION needs to include:
- Your name - “Hi! My name is Steve”
- Something about you- “I’ve been in the automotive industry for 3 years”
- What you do at the dealership- “I’ll be your sales consultant today”
- 3 Problems you solve. Examples Include: I help customers save time, I help select the perfect car for you, I’m here to help you through the process, etc.
- End with a QUESTION to the customer- “What brings you in today?”
- Give the team 3 mins to write down their answers.
- Ask everyone to partner up with a teammate.
- Let everyone know that each teammate must role-play their word track 3 times and will have 5 mins to complete their role plays.
- Set a timer for 5 mins.
- Begin role-play.
- Float around the room to make sure all partners are role-playing.
- When their 5 mins are up, ask for a volunteer to come up and show the team their INTRODUCTION.
