*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen

Let’s create our own set of “quiet daily tasks” we can do to create consistency in our process.
  • Hand out a post-it or piece of paper to all teammates.
  • Ask everyone to identify 3 DAILY TASKS they will start doing that will help them focus on the sales process Ideas include: (BE SPECIFIC)
    • Logging into the CRM and making 3 follow-up calls at the beginning of each shift
    • Updating all CRM notes following a customer interaction
    • Not partaking in mindless conversation on the sales floor
    • Spending less time on their cell phone on the sales floor
    • Partnering with a manager after a difficult customer interaction
  • Give the team 3 mins to write down their answers.
  • Ask everyone to identify any ROADBLOCKS they might encounter when trying to accomplish their daily tasks. Ideas include:
    • Not enough time
    • Distractions
    • Need training
  • Give the team 1 min to write down their answers.
  • Ask teammates to share their 3 DAILY TASKS with the team
    BONUS: Give a gift card to the first person who shares their responses.
  • Celebrate good examples!
