- “What makes it worth it for you? Why do you have to win?”
Discuss (5 mins)
- Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
- Share specific things you did when selling to increase your numbers at the end of the month.
- Discuss how winning is about offense, not defense. Being prepared for what’s next, not reacting to what’s
happening.
Do (5 mins)
Supplies Needed: Piece of paper, pen, hat/bucket
- Ask: “What does winning in the dealership mean to you?”
- Give the team 2 mins to write down their answer.
- Have everyone fold their piece of paper and put it into the hat/bucket. This should be anonymous.
- Shake up the hat/bucket and pull out 1-3 pieces of paper and read out the answers.
- Read out the answers.
- Discuss/Call out specifically what actions can be tied to WINNING in the dealership.
Review
- Don’t stop until you see and increase. Commit to getting what you deserve through your actions.
- Taking action is how you will win and dominate. You have to make a decision to not be ordinary. Make a decision to win.
