Ask (5 mins)

  • “Were you able to accomplish your last months goal?”
  • “What makes it worth it for you? Why do you have to win?”

Discuss (5 mins)

  • Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
  • Share specific things you did when selling to increase your numbers at the end of the month.
  • Discuss how winning is about offense, not defense. Being prepared for what’s next, not reacting to what’s
    happening.

Do (5 mins)

Supplies Needed: Piece of paper, pen, hat/bucket

  • Ask: “What does winning in the dealership mean to you?”
  • Give the team 2 mins to write down their answer.
  • Have everyone fold their piece of paper and put it into the hat/bucket. This should be anonymous.
  • Shake up the hat/bucket and pull out 1-3 pieces of paper and read out the answers.
  • Read out the answers.
  • Discuss/Call out specifically what actions can be tied to WINNING in the dealership.

Review

  • Don’t stop until you see and increase. Commit to getting what you deserve through your actions.
  • Taking action is how you will win and dominate. You have to make a decision to not be ordinary. Make a decision to win.
