- Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
- Share specific things you did when selling to increase your numbers at the end of the month.
- Discuss how it’s not just one thing that leads to success, but many small things.
Do (5 mins)
*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen
- Give each person a pen and piece of paper.
- Give the team 2 mins to write down 1 thing they will do today to secure a sale and the number of cars they want to end the month with.
- Have everyone ball up their piece of paper.
- Have everyone throw the balled-up paper towards the front of the room.
- Now, go around and randomly pick up and open the balled-up papers and share out what is on them.
- Have a discussion about the actions that can be tied to success and help them commit to these actions.
Review
- Be intentional with your actions. Follow through on what they wrote down on their piece of paper.
- Taking action and implementing specific BEHAVIORS and ACTIONS to sell more this month.
