Ask (5 mins)
- “What does your road to success look like?”
- “What action or behavior can change to help you be better this month than last month?”
Discuss (5 mins)
- Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
- Share the story of your personal road to success in the dealership.
- Share specific things you did when you were selling to increase your numbers.
Do (5 mins)
Supplies Needed: Piece of paper, pen, hat/bucket
- Hand out 2 post-its to each teammate.
- Give the team 2 mins to write down their monthly goal. Challenge them to be realistic about their goal.
- When time is up, have everyone hold up their post-its and share their monthly goal with the team. (This should be fun! Lots of talking and sharing)
- Now, on the second post-it have them write down 1 behavior/action they will implement today to accomplish this number. Examples:
- Schedule 5 appointments
- Manager TOs
- Have them turn to the teammate next to them and share their goal and what behavior/action they plan to change to get there
BONUS: Give a gift card to the person who volunteers. If you struggle with participation make this gift card more significant than usual! This should encourage future participation.

- Challenge yourself this month and push yourself with realistic goals! Don’t allow inner doubt to talk you out of your own success.
