Discuss (5 mins)
- Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
- If you are comfortable doing so, share your why with the team.
- Say, “Staying motivated on the sales floor can be challenging, what best practices do you use to stay motivated?”
Do (5 mins)
Supplies Needed: Piece of paper, pen, hat/bucket
- Give 2 mins to the whole team to think about their most difficult customer that they were able to overcome.
- Select 2-3 teammates to share their story, remember to keep it positive!
- Share your best story of overcoming the no if you have one.
BONUS: Give a $5 gift card to the first person to share a personal story of a time when they struggled and then were victorious.
