Ask (5 mins)

  • “How will you position yourself for success this month?”
  • “What number is possible for you this month?”

Discuss (5 mins)

  • Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
  • If you are comfortable doing so, share your own story of growing your sales i.e. going from 10 to 15 cars per
    month. Share specific things you did when you were selling to increase your numbers.

BONUS: Give a $5 gift card to any person who volunteers to share specific things they have done to grow their sales.

Do (10 mins)

*Supplies Needed*- post-it notes, pen

  • Give each person a post-it.
  • Give the team 2 mins to decide how many more cars they will sell this month than they did in May and write it down on the post-it.
  • Have everyone hold up their post-its and share with each other.
  • Now, have the team write down 1 behavior/action they will implement today to accomplish this number.

    BONUS: Give a $5 gift card to the first person to volunteer to share their monthly goal and action item.

Review

  • Having goals to work towards makes it easier to keep growing.
  • Taking action and implementing specific BEHAVIORS and ACTIONS to sell more this month.

Sign off

Release the group with a positive message like, “What you say to yourself has far more to do with what you
accomplish than anything else. Tell yourself you can accomplish your goals and take action! One car at a time.”
