- Allow the group to share their thoughts on the video.
- If you are comfortable doing so, share your own ways you have been challenged in your sales career and how you overcame them. Give specifics they can use.
Do (5 mins)
*Supplies Needed*- Piece of paper, pen
- Give each person a piece of paper.
- Give the team 2 mins to write down their own personal sales goal they’d like to accomplish by the end of the month. Example: close rate, number of cars sold etc.
- Ask for teammates to write down 2-3 behaviors/actions they will take to accomplish this goal. Example: more test drives.
BONUS: Give a $5 gift card to the first person to volunteer to share their monthly goal and action items.
Review
- Having goals to work towards makes it easier to keep going.
- Having a plan with BEHAVIORS and ACTIONS this month to sell more than last month.
